District Sales & Service Supervisor (Route-Based Team Leadership)
Are you a hands-on sales leader who prefers being in the field—not stuck behind a desk?
We’re hiring a District Sales & Service Manager to lead and grow a team of route-based Sales & Service Representatives (SSRs) across the Seattle market with potential to extend to new markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching on ride-alongs, driving account growth, and building a high-performing team.
This is not a desk job. You’ll spend most of your time in the field working directly with your team and customers.
What This Role Looks Like
- 60% in the field riding with reps, coaching, and meeting customers
- 1–2 days/week in Tukwila office
- Leading a team of route-based sales/service reps
- Driving retention, account growth and new business
- Hands-on involvement in hiring, training, and performance management
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead & Coach Your Team
- Conduct regular ride-alongs and provide real-time coaching
- Hire, train, and develop Sales & Service Representatives
- Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable
Drive Revenue Growth
- Grow existing customer accounts and expand into new locations
- Partner with reps on key sales opportunities and customer meetings
- Help break into new markets and scale operations
Own Customer Relationships
- Build relationships with key accounts
- Step in to resolve issues and retain at-risk customers
Manage Operations
- Oversee route efficiency, scheduling, and service quality
- Track performance, forecasting, and team metrics
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years in route sales, service, or a similar field-based environment
- Have led a team and enjoy coaching in real-world settings (ride-alongs, field training)
- Are comfortable being on the road most of the week
- Can balance people leadership + sales accountability
- Like building something—this role includes market expansion
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
- Prefer a fully remote or office-based job
- Don’t enjoy fieldwork or traveling
- Haven’t managed frontline sales/service teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
- Bonus: Up to $30,000/year (quarterly payout)
- Full benefits: medical, 401(k) match, PTO, sick leave
Work Environment
- Field-based role (travel required)
- Occasional extended travel (up to 3 weeks) for new market launches
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
