- Write complete, accurate estimates
- Capture missed damage & supplements
- Push back on insurance companies
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience
What You’ll Do
- Write and manage estimates using CCC ONE
- Identify hidden damage + UPD (prior damage)
- Handle insurance communication & approvals
- Drive supplements and maximize repair accuracy
- Educate customers on proper repairs (not insurance shortcuts)
- Work closely with production to ensure no missed operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years collision estimating experience
- Strong with CCC ONE + insurance negotiations
- Knows how to find labor, not miss it
- Confident, professional, and not afraid to stand your ground
- Bonus if you understand EV / Tesla / ADAS repairs
