Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Explain financing options and dealership programs.
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Work closely with management to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Strong social media presence
Compensation & Benefits:
