We are looking for a licensed physician to join our outpatient medical center and provide primary care to our patients. Retired physicians welcome too!

Responsibilities
- See patients for primary care / family medicine visits
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common medical conditions
- Order and review laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications when appropriate
- Provide preventive care and routine medical examinations
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
Requirements
- Active Illinois physician license — required
- MD or DO
- Ability to provide outpatient primary care
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
Pay: $80.00 per hour
