Front of House Team Member (Part-Time)
True Blue Butcher & Baker is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Front of House Team Member to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
Pay: $12.00–$16.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Answer questions about menu items and daily specials
- Package bakery and butcher items for customers
- Keep service areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, restaurant, café, bakery, or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help customers and teammates
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
