Terra Contracting, Inc. is growing fast, and we’re looking for Foremen who know how to run crews, hit production, and keep jobs moving.
This role is where execution happens.
You’ll be the one setting the pace in the field—working alongside your crew, driving daily production, and making sure the job gets done right, safely, and on schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and work alongside field crews on active job sites
- Drive daily production and keep work on schedule
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets specifications
- Coordinate with Superintendents and other crews
- Plan daily work activities and assign tasks
- Track progress and communicate field updates
- Identify issues early and keep work moving
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading construction crews in the field
- Strong work ethic and lead-from-the-front mentality
- Ability to keep crews productive and accountable
- Solid understanding of construction practices and job site operations
- Experience in utilities, ROW, energy, or telecom is a strong plus
- Ability to read plans and understand project requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$45/hour, depending on leadership ability and trade experience

Experience:
- HDD / Backhoe Operator: 2 years (Required)
