Registered Nurse (RN) - Baylor Schedule (Weekends)
Job Summary:
Dahlia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Baylor Schedule to provide weekend care. This is a great opportunity for an RN to maintain work-life balance while maximizing earnings in a rewarding healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Assess residents' conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced treatments as required
Supervise and provide guidance to LPNs and CNAs on shift
Monitor and document residents' progress, communicating updates to families and physicians
Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
Respond to emergencies and provide critical interventions as necessary
Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
Experience in long-term care, acute care, or skilled nursing preferred
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork and collaboration

Schedule:
Every Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation:
Work 24 hours, earn wages equivalent to 32 hours (bonus for full weekend completion)
