Duties
- Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories, recording vital signs, and updating electronic health records (EHR systems) with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas while adhering to safety protocols.
- Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program.
- Experience working in medical office
- Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document patient encounters
- Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in managing patient records efficiently
- Ability to perform clinical tasks including vital signs measurement, intake assessments, medication administration and basic physiology understanding
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence and teamwork
