Healthcare Project Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Foster and promote a proactive project safety culture across all job sites
- Manage subcontractor procurement, bid packages, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and hospital stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Review subcontractor progress and lead regular project meetings to ensure milestones and goals are achieved
- Oversee project financials including cost reporting, forecasting, contracts, and change management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations, including ICRA standards when applicable
