Position Overview: As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for helping the Maintenance Director ensure a safe working environment in the nursing home. You will assist with various maintenance and routine repairs and related tasks as directed by facility leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

Responding to repair requests, such as leaky faucets, broken locks, and minor electrical issues.

Painting, cleaning, and performing general repairs, including replacing tiles or repairing furniture.

Conducting inspections, maintaining a clean workspace, and organizing tools, often serving as a key supportive role for operations.

Requirements:
Maintenance Assistant Preferred Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is highly valued.
