Aurum Title is hiring a Senior Escrow Officer in Dallas.
Aurum Title is a newly established title company built to serve commercial real estate transactions with precision, responsiveness, and a high level of client service. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented escrow professional who is ready to play a key role in building a growing title operation from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional escrow role.
As one of Aurum Title’s early team members, you will help shape our processes, client experience, and operational standards while working alongside a strong ownership group with deep experience in real estate, commercial transactions, lending, business law, litigation, tax structuring, and complex entity matters.
Aurum Title is also connected to a Dallas-based commercial lending platform that has facilitated more than $1 billion in debt placements, creating meaningful relationship-driven opportunities within the commercial real estate market.
Compensation
$70,000–$80,000 base salary, plus signing bonus
Compensation above the stated salary range may be available for experienced escrow officers who bring an established book of business and demonstrable referral relationships. We highly value professionals who have developed strong relationships with real estate brokers, lenders, attorneys, investors, developers, and other transaction sources that consistently generate closing activity
Responsibilities
- Manage escrow files from opening through closing with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate escrow documents, settlement statements, closing disclosures, and disbursements.
- Communicate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and other transaction parties.
- Ensure files are handled in compliance with applicable title, escrow, and regulatory requirements.
- Use Qualia to manage workflows, documentation, timelines, and client communications.
- Proactively identify and resolve transaction issues.
- Help establish best practices, systems, and scalable processes for a growing title company.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of title escrow experience.
- Active Texas Escrow Officer License.
- Proficiency with Qualia preferred.
- Strong understanding of title insurance, escrow procedures, settlement statements, and real estate closings.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- High attention to detail and strong financial accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.
- Commercial real estate closing experience is a plus.
