Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service policies and recognizing signs of intoxication.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events when needed, supporting a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and retail math accuracy.
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous; retail math or cashiering skills are a plus.
