Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Flatbed Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles using a flatbed tow truck, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all operations comply with safety standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge, driving expertise, and the ability to handle various vehicle recovery situations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate flatbed tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently across various locations
- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments when necessary
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure optimal operation
- Engage in automotive repair tasks if required, leveraging mechanical knowledge and mechanic experience
- Manage conflict situations professionally, providing excellent customer service during stressful or difficult circumstances
- Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities and vehicle details
- Follow all safety protocols related to commercial driving, vehicle loading, and roadside assistance
- Familiar with Towbook and Motorclubs
Experience
- Proven 5 years experience operating a medium duty flatbed tow truck
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Familiarity with manual transmissions and AWD vehicles
- Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record

WE ARE A HIGH VOLUME MOTORCLUB COMPANY. THERE IS A 90 DAY PROBATION POLICY IN PLACE. YOU MUST HAVE A VEHICLE AND WE DO NOT ALLOW DRIVERS TO TAKE HOME TRUCKS.
