Title: Provider Assistant - Medical Assistant / LPN / EMT

Day to Day:
Escort patients to exam rooms, prepare them for provider visits, and obtain and document vital signs, chief complaints, and relevant medical history.
Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments by providing hands-on clinical support and nursing care in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, professional standards, and clinic policies.
Accurately and thoroughly document all patient care and clinical activities in the EPIC electronic medical record system in a timely manner.
Promote patient safety, confidentiality, and patient rights while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Collaborate effectively with providers and clinical staff to support various clinic functions, demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and strong teamwork.
Provide efficient, detail-oriented patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining accuracy and compassion.
Qualifications:

Medical Assisting diploma (accredited) OR CMA / RMA Certification

OR LPN in the state of MN

OR EMT in the state of MN

Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or Red Cross
