Clinical Collaboration Coordinator
Summary:
- Requires an ability to synthesize and translate large amounts of complex information and topics in working with leaders and clinicians at all leadership levels across the health system to establish and maintain Clinical Services Committee and Clinical Institute goals and materials.
- Organizes efforts across BayCare to drive focus on transformation priorities including, but not limited to, care progression, clinical pathways, and clinical services utilization.
- Provides proactive, professional, and consistent communication with physicians, clinicians, physician leaders and executives across the system.
- Critical to maintaining consistency and integrity in the processes centered on updating, changing, and establishing new evidence-based guidelines, standards, physician order sets, and protocols across BayCare.
- Synthesizes and prepares meeting materials, distributes follow-up documentation, and tracks action-items for the Clinical Services Committee/Institute meetings.
- Responsible for creating content and maintaining Clinical Services Committee/Institute intranet pages for internal and external audiences and creating and distributing Institute newsletters, systemwide news, and other important announcements.
- In addition, create and manage Microsoft Teams sites for Clinical Services Committee/Institutes.
- Responsible for medical director - support, as needed. Works independently, anticipates needs, thinks critically and handles situations with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and initiative.
- This position requires a flexible schedule to support the early morning and late afternoon/evening meetings for providers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
- 2 years of experience in administrative support
- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
Preferred
- 2 years - Healthcare
- 1 year - Project Management.
