This position is part of our Back of the House Team (kitchen team): it's ideal for people who enjoy working with a small group of people “behind the scenes” preparing fresh food from scratch (not interacting with guests, but working closely with teammates).
In this role:
- We work quickly, accurately, and by the recipe
- We follow important procedures for cleanliness, freshness and quality
- We each do our part to keep the kitchen clean, tidy and prepared for business
- We have fun while keeping it professional
