Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a DIRECT-HIRE
Customer Service Order Specialist in the
Seabrook area that is eager to work. This role involves communicating and coordinating with customers, sales representatives, dispatchers, account managers, vendors, and other parties to ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders while providing exceptional customer service.
As an
Customer Service Order Specialist you’ll be responsible for:
- Manage incoming customer communications via phone and email
- Process and track sales and purchase orders in line with company procedures
- Route orders through workflows for dispatch, credit, and account management
- Verify credit card authorizations prior to order fulfillment
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Resolve order and fulfillment issues through cross-functional communication
- Maintain accurate order documentation, notes, and support materials (e.g., delivery tickets, customer records)
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of dedicated customer service and order fulfillment experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
