What You’ll Own:
-
Full operational oversight of two clinics
-
Direct leadership and development of General Managers
-
Sales growth, KPI performance, and profitability
-
Hiring, onboarding, and team development
-
Customer satisfaction and issue resolution
-
Payroll approval, scheduling oversight, and operational compliance
-
20 hours per week working at the front desk (10 per clinic) to stay connected to the business
What You Bring:

5+ years of leadership experience (multi-unit or GM experience preferred)
-
Strong sales management and team accountability skills
-
Ability to drive performance while maintaining a positive culture

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

High level of professionalism and operational discipline
