Exciting opportunity available for a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year! Step into a contract role starting August 2026 and running through June 2027, working onsite with a diverse TK-12th grade student population. This position is perfect for those who value collaboration, as you'll be part of a dynamic speech team made up of two SLPAs and two SLPs. All responsibilities are focused at a single school site, providing consistency and community throughout your assignment.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working in educational settings, ideally with TK-12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to onsite presence for the full 35 hours per week across 5 days
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across all grade levels (TK-12)
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the existing speech team to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing insights and strategies
