Requirements and Experience
- Minimum 4 years of HVAC service and installation experience
- Confidence with line sets, control voltage, exhaust, and condensate systems
- EPA Type II Universal certification and valid driver's license (required)
- Able to lift 75+ lbs. and safely handle tools, equipment, and materials
- You take pride in your work and care about quality

Responsibilities
- Install commercial and residential HVAC systems.
- Develop and coordinate job equipment and material orders and delivery
- Interpret manuals, blueprints, and drawings to complete jobs correctly
- Keep tasks and jobs moving while out on job sites
- Maintain licenses/certifications and complete required continuing education
- Keep take-home company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Follow all company processes and policies to maintain a safe work environment
