Responsibilities
Student Support & Communication
- Serve as the main contact for student questions by email, phone, and text
- Advise students on grades, attendance, and school-life balance
- Send orientation emails and student services resources
- Share reminders and motivational announcements weekly
Attendance & Academic Records
- Track and finalize weekly attendance
- Monitor and follow up on 80% rule, LDA (Last Date of Attendance), and 10-Day Absence violations
- Monitor online attendance following the online rule violations
- Maintain accurate records in Google Classroom, FileMaker, and the cloud
Enrollment & Academic Support
- Send and process transcripts, LOA, drop, appeal, and SAP forms
- Proctor exams and assist with scheduling
- Communicate with instructors about retakes, grades, and student issues
- Prepare diplomas, PTGs (Path to Graduation), and support graduation processes
Events & Student Engagement
- Help coordinate job fairs, Student Appreciation events, and campus photos
- Attend Student Services, Admissions, and Campus Huddle meetings
Administrative Duties
- Keep student records and admissions documents up to date
- Post announcements and reminders
- Track new enrollment assessment completions (ORA, SSE)
- Organize digital and physical files for audits
- Keep up with TWC folder and files for audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, cloud systems, and student info software
- Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping others
- Prior experience in student services or education is a plus
