In this energetic and hands-on role, you'll assist with every stage of our coffee operation—from roasting and packaging premium beans to serving customers and supporting daily shop operations. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed will help ensure high-quality products, outstanding customer experiences, and a smooth-running operation.

Shipping orders
Manage Subscriptions
- Learning & educating customers on beans
- Greeting and serving customers
- Making customer follow-up and sales calls
- Assisting with coffee and merchandise orders
- Cleaning and maintaining the coffee shop
- Stocking inventory and supplies
- Helping with events, promotions, and special projects
- Cleaning and preparing coffee trailers
- Supporting the crew wherever needed
