Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors with friendliness and warmth

Handle phone calls with courtesy and professionalism

Direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties

Provide callers with basic and accurate apartment community information

Process inbound and outbound mail/packages

Maintain common areas of the office
- Maintain office equipment including copiers, mail meter and office supplies

Assist with data entry of invoices received at the Corporate Office

Timely filing of items
- Assist with projects, including resident surveys

Perform other administrative/clerical duties as assigned
