A Chick-fil-A team member performs customer service and food preparation duties. Customer service job duties include greeting guests, taking guest orders, and completing transactions on the cash register. Food preparation duties consist of prepping, cooking, and preparing guest orders.
Additional team member duties include operating the drive-thru window, taking guest orders outside, unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean restaurant. Chick-fil-A team members must adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Ideal applicants will posses high levels of positivity and diligence.
