Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert hair services including cutting, coloring, and specialty services
- Maintain standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene across all workstations, shared spaces, and tools
- Participate in making content to advertise both the salon and yourself
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid NC cosmetology or barber license and professional styling experience
- Exceptional communication, customer service skills, and strong team member spirit and attitude
- Passion for creativity, professionalism, and staying current with beauty trends
