Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems like Aloha POS ensuring timely and correct delivery.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Clear tables, bus tables when necessary
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and provide correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, ensure proper sanitation practices, and adhere to food industry safety standards.
- Support guest services by providing personalized attention, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Pay: $10.00 - $25.12 per hour
