Maintenance Tech
Immediate opening for a full-time Maintenance Tech for a Property Management Company in Memphis, Tennessee. Position require an exceptional knowledge of HVAC Maintenance, a good knowledge of appliances repair, plumbing and electrical as it applies to Apartments. Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Must have great attention to detail. Position will be responsible for general maintenance at the Apartment community as well as being the get ready person for the property. Detail-oriented, team player that takes direction well, but can work with limited supervision at times, and has a professional demeanor. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and auto liability insurance and all tools, as well as HVAC certification. Attractive compensation up to $32.00 per hour depending on experience and knowledge. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background screening as well as a drug screening.
