Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
- Experience cleaning occupied homes independently
- Airbnb turnover experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication and reliability
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Your own professional cleaning equipment and supplies suitable for residential cleaning.
- Business Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain coverage upon approval).
- Two professional references
