Registered Dietitian – Full-Time with Some Remote Flexibility
Location: Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab – Millersburg, PA
Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are seeking a committed Registered Dietitian to support our mission of providing outstanding nutritional care and services.
This is a full-time onsite position with some remote flexibility (potential for 1–2 remote days per week based on facility needs and schedule approval). As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nutrition care plans for our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met with expertise and compassion.
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents, including those with complex medical conditions
Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans based on residents’ needs
Monitor residents’ nutritional status and modify care plans as necessary
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate dietary services into overall resident care
Provide guidance to dietary staff on menu planning, therapeutic diets, and regulatory compliance
Educate residents and families on dietary modifications and nutritional goals
Ensure compliance with federal and state dietary regulations
Licensed Registered Dietitian in the state of Pennsylvania
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare environment preferred
Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets, nutritional requirements, and regulatory standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
