Job Summary
We are seeking a polished and energetic Experienced White Linen Restaurant Server to join our upscale dining team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, professional service in a refined, fine dining environment. Your expertise in food presentation, beverage service, and guest relations will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus confidently, highlighting specials and upselling premium items to enhance the guest experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover POS system ensuring timely and precise delivery.
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards throughout service.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills during busy hours.
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area to uphold sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through POS or cashiering systems while providing friendly guest relations and resolving any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a fine dining server or in a similar upscale restaurant environment with white linen service.
- Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and proper serving techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for understanding food preparation and presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
