We’re Looking For
Front of house staff including host/hostesss, bartenders, mixologists, servers/wait staff, runners/bussers. We are hiring for attitude as much as experience. We value team players who are dependable, energetic, professional, and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome.
Compensation
Hourly wage + tips
Top performers have the potential to earn up to $65,000-$70,000 annually, including tips.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service throughout each guest’s dining experience.
- Develop a strong knowledge of our food, cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Make thoughtful menu and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately enter food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
- Complete opening, closing, and side work.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
