Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and dependable team members to join our kitchen staff. The Cook/Kitchen Team Member prepares food according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Set up and stock food stations before service
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and utensils
- Receive and properly store deliveries
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and inventory management
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Support teammates and maintain a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
