SUMMARY
The Retail Sales Agent ("Agente de Ventas") welcomes our guests with a warm and friendly smile. Proactively provides our guests with personal service and attention that exceeds their expectations.
PAY & PERKS
Compensation: $22.65**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with retail purchases and inquiries.
Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and respond to requests promptly.
Answer telephone calls courteously and assist guests with questions regarding products and services.
Maintain knowledge of retail merchandise and promotions to effectively assist guests.
Process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately.
Balance and maintain an assigned cash bank.
Complete end-of-shift procedures and required documentation.
Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
Support sales goals by recommending products and identifying add-on purchase opportunities.
Assist with inventory replenishment and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience and/or training.
- A combination of experience, education, and/or training may be substituted for either requirement.

Previous similar position in a hotel, or similar business entity preferred.

Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.

Current industry certifications required: Food Handlers Certification & RBS Certification

Ability to always maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress or challenges.

Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
