We're looking for a proven closer who wants to produce at a high level while helping build a winning sales culture throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. This is an opportunity to earn as a top producer, mentor others, and grow into a larger leadership role as the market expands.

What You'll Do
- Run scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners door-to-door to generate additional opportunities
- Present Brightside Windows products and confidently close business
- Lead by example through strong personal sales performance
- Mentor and support newer sales consultants
- Help build a competitive, accountable, and positive sales culture
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in in-home, home improvement, or high-ticket sales
- Comfortable with residential canvassing and direct homeowner outreach
- Strong presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Natural leadership and mentoring ability
- Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
