What You'll Do
- Knock doors and connect with homeowners across the Greater Austin area (daily)
- Set property inspections and inspect roofing systems on-site (daily)
- Follow a proven script and sharpen your skills through weekly training
- Operate a company laptop and sales tools (we'll train you on everything)
- Hit weekly activity and revenue goals with support from your team

Requirements
- Personal, reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with ladders and roof inspections
- Professional appearance — jeans and closed-toe shoes (shirts and hats provided)
- Basic comfort using a laptop and software (we train you)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
- 1099, commission-only with weekly payroll
