ESTA Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Principal Enterprise Teamcenter Architect to lead enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategy and provide executive-level technical leadership for Siemens Teamcenter implementations.
In this role, you will serve as the senior technical authority across multiple customer programs, guiding enterprise architecture, digital transformation initiatives, and long-term PLM modernization efforts. You will partner with executive leadership, engineering organizations, and project teams to develop scalable, secure, and sustainable Teamcenter solutions that support the organization's strategic objectives.
This position is ideal for a seasoned Teamcenter architect who enjoys influencing enterprise technology strategy, mentoring technical leaders, and delivering transformational PLM solutions for complex engineering organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise Teamcenter architecture strategies and long-term PLM roadmaps.
- Serve as the senior technical advisor to customer executives, engineering leadership, and program management.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and enterprise solution planning.
- Establish architectural standards, best practices, and implementation methodologies across multiple programs.
- Guide solution architects and technical teams through complex Teamcenter implementations and modernization initiatives.
- Define enterprise integration strategies between Teamcenter and systems such as Siemens NX, ERP, MES, ALM, MBSE, and other engineering platforms.
- Lead large-scale Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure long-term solution sustainability.
- Mentor Senior Solution Architects and Technical Architects while fostering technical excellence across the organization.
- Support business development activities, technical proposals, strategic customer pursuits, and executive presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of Siemens Teamcenter implementation and architecture experience.
- Experience serving as the lead architect for multiple enterprise Teamcenter implementations.
- Extensive experience with Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, Active Workspace, Teamcenter Administration, and enterprise integrations.
- Proven experience developing enterprise PLM strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to balance business objectives with technical strategy and implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Teamcenter 2412 and Teamcenter X.
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with Siemens NX, Cameo, Polarion, SAP, or other enterprise engineering systems.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government customers.
- Experience with enterprise cloud architectures, Azure, AWS, or hybrid deployment models.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- TOGAF, PMP, Agile, or other enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
