Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on functional outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques including manual therapy
- Treat a diverse orthopedic population across all age groups
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using SPRY EMR
- Participate in mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development
- Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Maryland or eligibility required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow clinically
