About the Role
Desort is seeking a Client Acquisition Executive to expand our partnerships with dental practices. In this role, you’ll focus on building relationships with dental offices, presenting Desort’s recruitment solutions, and securing new affiliations. This is a commission-driven opportunity for professionals who thrive on prospecting, cold calling, and closing business in a specialized market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage dental practices seeking recruitment support
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking to generate new clients
- Present Desort’s recruitment solutions tailored to dental practices
- Negotiate agreements and secure affiliations with dental offices
- Collaborate with recruiters to deliver qualified candidates for openings
- Track pipeline activity, performance metrics, and revenue outcomes
- Represent Desort with professionalism, urgency, and confidence
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience or interest in the dental or healthcare sector is a plus
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive remotely
Compensation & Benefits
- 100% Commission-Only – no base salary or hourly wage
- Top performers earn $85,000 – $180,000+ annually
- Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions
