- Craft with Precision: Perform welding (MIG, TIG, or stick) and fabrication tasks to produce parts to exact specifications.
- Build Quality: Assemble and fabricate metal components using tools like shears, presses, and saws.
- Read & Interpret: Work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Ensure Excellence: Inspect welds and fabricated parts for quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with production teams to solve problems and improve processes.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
What You Must Bring:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Welder Fabricator or similar role in manufacturing.
- Expertise: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or stick welding and familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment.
- Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and use measuring tools (e.g., tape measures, calipers).
- Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work independently or collaboratively with clear, confident communication.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CNC machinery or laser cutting equipment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards or quality management systems.
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS or equivalent).
