Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday & Monday Off (42-hour work week)

Hillview Motorsports is one of Western Pennsylvania's leading powersports dealerships representing Yamaha, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki, Indian Motorcycle, and Can-Am.
We're expanding into a new 55,000+ square foot facility and growing our service department to support the increasing number of motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides we sell each year.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This position plays an important role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include performing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), installing accessories, cleaning and preparing sold units for customer delivery, mechanically reconditioning pre-owned inventory and assembling new units.
You'll also support dealership operations by helping to unload incoming shipments, organizing inventory and the warehouse, and transporting customer side-by-sides using a truck and trailer.
We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, takes pride in their work, and can become a productive member of our service department quickly. As your skills grow, you'll have opportunities to take on more advanced service and repair work within our growing service department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare sold units for customer delivery
- Complete routine maintenance and reconditioning on trade-in vehicles
- Install OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories
- Unload, fuel, inspect, and properly store new inventory as it arrives
- Assemble new Can-Am side-by-sides
- Inspect pre-assembled units before they are placed on the showroom floor
- Pick up and deliver customer side-by-sides using a truck and trailer
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Mechanical experience required, powersports experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow manufacturer service and installation procedures
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license, MC endorsement is a plus
- Experience towing and backing a trailer
- Clean driving record
