We're looking for a highly organized, people-focused professional who thrives behind the scenes while building strong relationships throughout the restaurant. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, proactive, and passionate about supporting both people and operations.
Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding process for all new team members, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience

Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefit programs

Process payroll accurately, including deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related transactions

Manage all team member uniform orders and inventory

Complete team member check-ins and performance evaluations as directed by the Executive Director

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records, including evaluations, food handler certifications, onboarding documents, and termination paperwork

Process invoices and prepare end-of-month reporting packages

Assist with team scheduling and staffing needs as needed

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information

Support restaurant leadership with HR initiatives and administrative projects

Perform other duties as assigned by the Operator
Qualifications

Previous Human Resources, Payroll, Office Management, or Administrative experience preferred

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

High level of integrity and professionalism

Experience handling confidential information with discretion

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
