Duties

- Manage pricing negotiations to offer competitive rates while maintaining profitability.
- Perform heavy lifting when loading and unloading merchandise, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, route schedules, and customer interactions.
- Apply merchandising techniques to display products attractively in customer locations or retail outlets.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a retail or delivery setting.
- Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record; experience in route driving is highly desirable.

- Experience in upselling products or services to increase revenue streams.
- Familiarity with merchandising standards and heavy lifting techniques for handling merchandise safely.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse customers effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work physically demanding shifts comfortably.
- Organizational skills that enable efficient route planning and time management.
