As an Experienced Server at Suite 200, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Assist guests with menu selections, offering recommendations and answering any questions they may have
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and a seamless dining experience for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and workstations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TIPS or ServSafe certification is a plus
