About the Role
As a CNC Machinist, you will drive manufacturing excellence by operating advanced machining equipment to produce high-precision components. You will play a critical role in maintaining production quality and efficiency while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance shop floor environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise setups on CNC lathes and mills by interpreting complex blueprints and technical specifications.

Optimize production throughput by monitoring machine cycles and performing timely tool changes.

Ensure component integrity by utilizing precision measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Maintain rigorous quality standards by identifying and reporting process deviations or equipment malfunctions.

Foster a culture of safety and efficiency by adhering to 5S housekeeping standards and PPE protocols.

Document production metrics and inspection results to ensure full traceability and operational accuracy.

Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED.

Completion of a formal machining training program or equivalent professional experience.
