About the Role
We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfil the role of FAI Quality Auditor , who will be responsible to Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, BCforward , which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.
This is a hybrid role, the hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST. Candidates will be asked to come in regularly one day a week on Tuesday's. All other business days will be work from home and could be subject to change due to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties:
Prioritize, review, and deliver First Article Inspections (FAI’s) for sustaining parts and development projects
Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) assessments per AS9102 for verification of customer/client requirements
Track metrics continually to meet the increasing FAI load throughout the year
Develop and operate quality management systems to drive quality excellence and business performance
Manage process improvement efforts using quality methodologies and principles
Provide operational excellence practices and training
Identify and assess enterprise risks, developing an integrated approach to actively manage those risks
Analyze designated performance measures and reports to ensure work is consistently and effectively performed
Deliverables or Project Scope:
Provide delivery assurance, quoting and supply chain support as aligned to contract details.
Responsibilities include managing supplier POCs, updating appropriate tracking systems, maintaining lines of communication to client stakeholders, and escalating potential issues to senior analysts and project team lead.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must Reside in San Antonio TX

Communication skills
Understanding of data sensitivity/security
6 months of experience in professional office setting OR
Earned Associates or Bachelors degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
6+ months working knowledge in MS Office Suite: Excel and Outlook
6+ months supply chain/procurement or delivery assurance experience
6+ months working knowledge with SAP ERP

Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer BCforward , and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
