Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a current Alabama LPN license
- At least 18 years of age
- TB test compliance per local district guidelines
- Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
- Current clearances, or willingness to obtain them promptly
- Preferred backgrounds include experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
- Exposure to supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or experience is an asset
- Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative mindset
