We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established practice in a brand new buildout. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who values high-quality patient care, strong teamwork, and a supportive clinical environment. Our practice serves a general, single-doctor patient base with a PPO and private fee-for-service focus, allowing for meaningful, personalized care for each individual.
In this role, you will see one patient at a time and typically spend 1–2 hours with each patient, giving you the time needed to provide thorough, attentive hygiene services. Daily responsibilities include calculus removal, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal screening and treatment, oral hygiene instruction, patient education, and the use of digital x-rays, NOMAD Pro, Cavitron, and intraoral camera technology. Experience with Open Dental is preferred, and CPR certification, local anesthesia skills, and a strong clinical foundation are essential.
We are looking for an RDH who brings more than technical expertise. Kindness, customer service, and teamwork are highly valued in our office culture. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, builds trust with patients, and works well alongside the dental team to create a positive experience from start to finish. Because our patient care model emphasizes quality and consistency, attention to detail and a calm, professional presence are important.
This position offers a one-hour lunch break, on-site parking, and a modern setting designed to support both staff and patients. Each operatory has large, north facing windows to green space. PPE is provided, including N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and reusable gowns available for use.
Compensation is $62–68/hour depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, vision, dental, 401(k) with matching, PTO, and professional development opportunities to support your continued growth.
If you are a dedicated dental hygienist who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent care, and contributing to a respectful and team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
