Must have active Indiana Dental Radiographer License.

What You’ll Do aka The Impact You'll Make
As an essential part of our patient care team, you’ll serve as a true patient advocate. Your day-to-day will include:
- Setting up and cleaning treatment rooms, escorting patients to the operatory, and making them feel pampered using our comfort menu.
- Assisting the doctor chairside with all clinical treatments while keeping the energy light and positive.
- Performing usual and customary duties of a dental assistant.
- For EFDA candidates: Finishing and polishing composite restorations.
- Taking digital dental x-rays.
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments, handpieces, and equipment in compliance with OSHA standards and CDC guidelines.
- Sending and monitoring lab cases.
- Following up with patients after treatment, providing personalized patient education, tobacco cessation, and nutritional counseling to maintain oral health.
- Monitoring inventory and ordering dental supplies.
- Handling various office tasks as directed by the Dentist or Clinical Manager.
Our Ideal Teammate
- A positive attitude & a high regard for patient care (REQUIRED)
- Active Indiana Dental Radiographer License (REQUIRED)
- Graduate of accredited dental assisting program
- Compliance with state dental practice requirements
- EFDA, Nitrous Oxide Administration trained, Coronal Polishing and Fluoride Application certified candidates strongly preferred
- Availability must include: Weekdays + occasional Saturdays

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
