About White Light Behavioral Health
White Light Behavioral Health is a leading provider of addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare in Columbus, Ohio.
We specialize in helping adults recover from:
- Substance Use Disorders

- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

What You'll Do
As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care while working alongside physicians, nurses, case managers, and recovery support professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions
- Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and process groups
- Provide family counseling and support
- Complete assessments and treatment planning
- Develop individualized treatment goals
- Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Coordinate patient care across departments
- Assist patients in developing relapse prevention strategies and healthy coping skills

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holiday rotation required.
