Lucid Living Co. is a handmade bath and body brand based in Pennington, NJ. We have been producing and shipping our own products to customers across the country since 2016.
We are hiring a part-time Order Packing Assistant to handle the final stage of our process: picking, labeling, packing, and getting orders out the door accurately.
How This Role Actually Works
You'll pack customer orders, label products, and keep packing materials stocked. Work shifts throughout the day based on what's moving.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking orders from the shelves
- Labeling products and swapping label rolls
- Packing and sealing orders for shipment
- Checking each order against the pick list before it is sealed
- Restocking shelves and flagging low packaging supplies
- Handing off completed packages to postal carriers
What We're Looking For
The work itself is straightforward. The hard part is doing it the same way every time: not skipping steps, not cutting corners, not letting accuracy slide.
- Comfortable with repetitive work; you don't need variety to stay engaged
- You follow written procedures exactly, without improvising
- You've held a routine, hands-on job before and stayed in it
- Dependable: on time, consistent, no surprises
- Able to stand for extended periods
Schedule
- Approximately 18 hours per week (3 days × 6 hours)
- Days are flexible; consistent availability preferred
- Additional hours available during the winter/holiday season
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
